Al Hadeetha Mining LLC (AHML) is a joint venture established to unlock Oman’s mineral potential through responsible exploration and development. The company brings together the strengths of four shareholders: Alara Oman Operations Private Limited – 27.5%; Al Tasnim Mining LLC – 27.5%; Al Hadeetha Investment Services LLC – 27.5%; and South West Exploration Limited – 17.5%.
AHML has been awarded exploration rights for Block 22B, a 1,448 km² concession that consolidates several previously separate licenses into one unified block. This scale and diversity offer significant opportunities for new mineral discoveries.
By combining local knowledge with international mining expertise, AHML is advancing structured exploration programs to assess and unlock the block’s full potential. Guided by a commitment to sustainability and responsible resource development, the company aims to contribute to Oman’s growing mining sector while creating long-term value for its stakeholders.
